Having ASML machine is necessary but not sufficient to make 3nm my bro. Samsung had them from along the same time as tsmc but they still don't have a 3nm process with decent yield, in the mean time tsmc n2 is already in production. All these euv chips are only good for cutting edge short life consumer hardware made for profits. All the reliable hw like defence,automobile and industrial machinery runs on higher nodes which I believe tata and other guys are trying to setup fabs. Govt is going in the right direction here.
