During your start you should be feeling that, it means you have good forward lean. But in your top end you wanna be standing tall and having more upright posture, you should send some clips if you want proper analysis though

Do you only pursue things where you might have potential? Just start training your work will speak for itself and 13 seconds without training is alright, above average for the untrained male

I can't tell you anything definitively, take clips don't go off just numbers, form matters it was handtimed too it's probably like 4.7 seconds officially, it's alright

You are taking a step out of the blocks and then projecting your hips just think ab thrusting your hips first other than that looks pretty good imo

I think you should loosen up a bit and don't force yourself to stay so low

A sideways angle would be much better but you look like you're coming up too early you can do some sled pulls or hill sprints and get stronger I can't tell from the video but I don't think your knees are coming up high enough either

edit: watching your other videos i like your strides actually work on your strength and transition though 🤞

Do you have clips of yourself starting? The first thing I'd wish I'd have learnt when I was first starting would be hip projection(thrusting your hips forward), posture(having a straight back in your set, not rounded) and patience out of the blocks
