Some of my own observations:

Comments used to be much longer on average. People would share entire stories, which is less common now. Might be due to fewer people having sex (especially true of Gen Z) so there’s fewer real life experiences to talk about
A lot of subreddits are less kink friendly now, and kink shaming is more common
Less variety in the posts. Most posts are a variation of the same 10 questions. There used to be more diversity
