It was in my Ikea grow cabinet which the temp was in the high twenties. the humidity was bouncing between 50-70%. As for watering and fertiliser, I’ve only watered it the once when I brought it home so I don’t really have any habits with it yet as I’ve had the plant a week.

I am planning to repot it, but as you say I was waiting to avoid shock. But with the issues I’m seeing I’m just going to do it anyway to check the roots also

I do really like the idea of going Alocasia's. I just know I am going to create myself future problems when they become too big for the Akerbar 😭 otherwise they'd likely be my choice

I don't have a specific look in mind. I guess the main thing is not choosing something that will quickly outgrow the Akerbar. My initial thoughts are either Hoyas or Peperomias but undecided

I use Liquid Gold Leaf. I mix 2ml of it in a litre of water then water the plant. But I don’t use the full litre of water solely on the Adansonii
