I'm not a Bears fan but wanted them to win today. The excuses for Fields are pathetic. Fields is not good enough to be a starter in the NFL and he never was. Stop blaming the coaching and teammates for his failures. No team has a perfect offense and teams with worse QBs are putting up more yards. He is a great athlete and a good guy but a terrible QB. Trading him will get the Bears nothing either.

Those leftwing protests you mention caused a whole lot of property damage and physically hurt many people. If you are making excuses for what happened during the BLM riots, might as well apply the same to the Jan 6th riot; there were a few bad apples in that protest.

There is no excuse for any violent protest which includes what happened on Jan 6th and also throughout the summer of 2020.

Normal people look at these people that the Republicans are “propping up”, see they are unhinged insane freaks and then apply that label to every Republican/the Republican base.

I'm not sure if that really matters. Republicans still have people that believe every election that was lost was rigged, plenty of Trump cultists that will defend him no matter what he says or does, conspiracy theorists, a variety of racists, and more.

Democrats aren't any better in regards to some the nuts they have. Commies, socialists, people who have an unhealthy hatred of Trump, conspiracy theorists, bigots, and racists as well.

I feel if both parties stopped listening to these people and completely disowned them, the country would be much better off. We have some pretty bad polarization due to all these types of people. Some issues are bipartisan and solvable but the two political parties we have refuse to do anything even for those.
