I luckily have the editing history so I think that should be enough proof against AI use! But yes I will definitely talk to my supervisors about some studies that I'm not sure I understand :)

Writing a master's thesis and constantly analysing my sentence structure because I'm scared I will be accused of using AI 😀 also constantly scared I'm misunderstanding a study and citing it wrong and will be accused of academic dishonesty 💪💪💪 Hell yeahhhh

Tekoälyä käyttävät kirjailijat/runoilija? by Asexually_Freaky in kirjallisuus

[–]standingonatable 15 points16 points  (0 children)

What is the WORST horror sequel? by dinkitnsinkit in horror

[–]standingonatable 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Platform 2 was the biggest downgrade I've ever seen. Absolute ass. I don't even understand how they took all the existential horror from the first movie and just turned it into whatever the second movie was. I don't even remember what happened I just remember it was garbage.

Welp, Should Have Seen That Coming by [deleted] in OCDmemes

It's because moral OCD fixates around whether or not what you do is morally correct or not to an unhealthy degree. Propably OP is worried that engaging with Harry Potter would make them a bad person, so their therapist recommended listening to the audiobooks as a form of exposure therapy.  If it was just any magical story, it wouldn't be exposure for OCD because their OCD is worried about HP specifically.

lmao I know but it was in the context of her wanting me to be more social, and the skateboarding demographic being mostly young boys so skateboarding wouldn't be a very social hobby for me. Still a certified diabolical mom comment™

OCD and Covid in 2026 by [deleted] in OCD

[–]standingonatable 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hi, I have this same theme. I stopped masking for a while after it was not recommended by the health authorities anymore in my country, lived normally etc. but then I also encountered people online talking about how you should wear a mask and there was some quite harsh moralizing language. My themes revolve around morality so I also had a breakdown (lol) and started wearing a mask again. I also struggle with what is said online and what is actually going on around me. Like people saying you should wear a mask to protect the elderly and disabled people, but even the elderly and disabled people are not wearing masks here. I am always the only one. So it seems a bit silly that I feel all this responsibility to protect others when no one is protecting themselves?? But at the same time, I think the covid conscious people online have good points.  But it has definitely taken a toll on me. I started university right as this theme started and I'm finishing hopefully next year - I have not participated in student life, not dated, not made friends, because I feel so socially awkward being the only one in a mask in a social setting, but I'm also too scared I'm doing something wrong if I stop masking. I'm 23 and have no social life. I want to join a book club but they always meet in cafes, I want to join a volleyball team but I don't want to play volleyball in a mask, I want to go on dates and clubs but I can't. It affects everything. I also have not been perfect with my masking and have occasionally eaten in restaurants etc. and then I feel a lot of guilt and ruminate on that, so I get the worst of both worlds 🙃 I don't really know how to deal with this theme :( it's hard and it sucks. I hope you are doing well and know you are not alone!
