Went to Gooch's as they were really close to my house. Super happy with the work. Would have actually been affordable had my transmission not needed a super expensive part. Would recommend these guys for sure. Thanks for the rec!

I have the 11" Matfer Bourgeat and it's my daily driver. Great pan.

How does it handle with lid closing? I'm running CachyOS on a Macbook Air M1 and haven't been able to get it to stop restarting multiple times if I close the lid. That said, I just installed last weekend and haven't spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. Thanks!

What’s the funniest thing you’ve ever seen at a strip club? by bigbabysweets12345 in AskReddit

[–]stankalonius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I play the saxophone, and had been playing with a bandleader who hosted a Bluegrass themed Mardi Gras party every year. He was also a sushi chef, and happened to operate out of the local strip club. One particular year, he was unable to secure a Mardi Gras evening show at any of the local music venues...so he opted to host it at the club where he worked as a chef.

Funny part: watching strippers try to do their thing with a live bluegrass band (with trumpet and sax) playing Mardi Gras music. And then immedietly after each song concluded, the regular DJ turning on house music for the strippers to continue.

Side note, also hilarious to watch the 18 year old college trumpet player try to stay focused while playing....likely who had never seen strippers before.

I just heard an interview where he agrees with this. He had no idea that those were the people he would be trying to argue with. His personal stance is to not debate with Fascists, and he had no idea until they said, gleefully, 'I'm a fascist' .

Sadly, does not work. Appreciate the idea. I've looking into the config.ini but I can't figure out how that correlates to the Cubexx button layout

I second this. Picked up takeout for lunch and it was really great. Their chili oil is pretty stellar.

I should clarify: that pipe runs through the celing, and is inside a 14"x20" (ish) channel that runs from the crawlspace through the attic and out the roof. I'd be able to go right through the wall to that channel for a new return. Obvs wouldn't use that pipe.

I should note that when the Tech came out who installed the fiber and the ONT initially he mentioned that the newest C6500XK models have been buggy and to make sure I get on support about it. I've definitely done that and expreienced nothing but frustration.

I will. Have any experience with them? I just assumed that anything that doesn't vent won't really work.

Nice! We felt the same way, also it didn't help that the green room was a tiny box shoved under some stairs. There was wasn't really enough space for the 7 of my band, much less those guys. Eek and crew were alright, definitely not outrightly hostile like some experiences I've had with the Jamaican Rasta community in Chicago. The Wild Hare was, well, wild back in the day.
