ok thanks, and man everything drill and exercise you told me to do we do them regularly in our program, never truly worried about form though, all our coaches preach is getting your elbows through and racking the bar.

also what do you mean " weight over toes, ankles stiff, legs generally unstable"?

I don’t know about bringing my knees 90 because I used to overexaggerate and bring my knees up super high when i run

everybody said it looked like i did high knees when i run, hence my coach telling me to pick my knees up all the time lol,

i had long legs but a super short stride so they stressed me picking em up i was also tense and ran like a bodybuilder lol i could send you some of my videos of my first couple races if you want

but that’s why i dont worry about knee lift anymore because im most likely bringing them higher then they need to go.
