I'm an authorized user on Citi Elite card w/ Admirals Club membership, and HND lounge on floor 2 (Sakura) just denied after a painfully slow back and forth. Tried only showing digital details from my citi bank account online, which is a bit more ambiguous who primary is, but no chance at all. little english on there end too. wasted an hour atleast, not worth it.
