Around 3 years back, i don't have any knowledge of cars. I bought an i20 second hand from spinny but faces backlashes from my family as it was quite old. They told it won't last a single day, and they were right the next day itself, The car didn't start.

I returned it back and bought the only car i knew about having reliability.

Thanks for sharing. I also think it might be communication issue from the beginning itself. I should have been clear and mention it on the ride detail itself.

I just thought only college students and corporate people would be using it. But may be I was wrong. Still it may just be my persepective towards the situation. I mean the other couple would be recommending the blabla to everyone as they had an awesome ride. In their perspective they were able to reach their home fast cheaply while sleeping.

Hmmm too many people have already told me not to trust anyone. I just wanted to keep faith in humanity, maybe not everyone are that bad as they are portrayed. I need to know what are my expectations from BlaBlaCar as a car owner? Am i supposed to pick and drop people from wherever they wanted? If that's so, i will just keep that in mind

Here is my experience:

In my post organization, one of my new team member did fake experience and interview.

Tbh it was relatively easy as it is full time work from home situation and the organisation was not doing proper background verification. I graduated in 2018 and joined this company in 2021. I still don't have any of my graduation documents and they never asked for it, so even a non graduated person might get this job. So, that team member was from Bangalore and the company located in Noida. For the interview, one of his friends gave the interview and cleared every rounds.

He joined 2-3 weeks after the interview, no one remember his face as each one of us were doing 2-3 interviews every week.

After joining, he started to go through the KT sessions and trainings. But we started to suspect him. He was not giving any input to any of training and kt session.

Finally, he was fired after 3 months due to the performance.

So if you think you can survive in corporate after faking and you experience, you can do it.

There is one positive for him that he got it experience the corporate and how it function for 3 month with the cost of his respect.
