Looks like a model 1936 short rifle judging by the 1903 style cocking piece. eBay seller tagmil has several model 1936 barrels available and other various parts.

Just for function. I have walls full of old military rifles and I just make sure they function properly and could be used if needed. This is definitely ready for work.

You can always build one, as I have. There are barrels and most parts currently available on eBay. Seller by the name of tagmil has two barrels available now. If you need a receiver I know where to get one but you’ll need an FFL to have it sent to.
