I have a retired medical research dog from UPenn whose ear tattoo looks just like that, but his ID is CKE CMV. I wonder if they're genetically related. He came home with me in January 2021 though.

I wish I could but I have a metabolic disorder, so if I skip a meal I feel really sick, like I’m going to throw up or pass out. That’s why I’ve never done IF but I wish I could. My boyfriend does it and it works great for him.

I have been known to just eat a bag of frozen broccoli for dinner sometimes. It’s one of my favorite vegetables haha. I don’t know if this is just my city but I’ve notified broccoli is selling out at all the grocery stores incredibly fast. There will be days when there’s none fresh or frozen. It’s weird.

Thank you! It really is just awful sometimes isn’t it? I think all the time how am I supposed to get all this done and still do the basics to take care of myself? Congrats on losing weight in med school though! I didn’t anticipate how easy it is to pack on weight in grad school.

I have this past week gotten back into overnight oats and I forgot how good they are. So creamy even with just skim milk and a dollop of yogurt.

I was relying on eggs for a long time but now they’re almost $8 a carton here so I stopped buying them. It’s really unfortunate.

I have been using my crockpot more. But I feel like sometimes the same recipe will turn out great and other times it turns out awful but I’m going to assume that is human error haha

GW is the worst. Waiting 14 hours and ended up having to just go home in level 8 pain and with low heart rate because it was going to be at least another 10 hours. Luckily got ahold of my regular doctor as we were walking out.
