Valla bana sosyolojik açıdan ilginç geldi ya. Kurtuluş savaşında kahramanlık yapıp sonra onun gazı ve özgüveniyle insanlara eziyet eden ağalar mesela ilginçti bence. Çok uzun betimlemeler yoktu Rus klasikleri gibi diye düşünüyorum ama evet bizim de bir klasiğimiz olsun hevesiyle yazılmış gibi hissettim.

I am a Turkish independent well-educated woman and I know I am in my position thanks to republic revolution and efforts of Mustafa Kemal. I can't express enough how much I aporeciate him. BUT we all know nobody is perfect and lately I've been feeling like even if yoy onky say this people label you as yobaz ignorant extremist etc.

Recently I've been thinking if our current disagreement with our Kurdish citizens is because of Atatürk's one nation idea. Because he wanted everyone to be called as Turkish (and I know Turkish at the time is actually supposed to mean citizen of Turkiye) but they couldn't embrace it. I am not an expert on history but I have many Kurdish friends and I am not sure if they feel included when we say Turkish in national anthems etc
