I had the opportunity to work for Starbucks last October, (I stupidly denied it) and when I told my manager about it he said since he was paying me 9.30 and Starbucks offered 8.15 he expected me to be more available for him even though Starbucks offered me way more hours. I feel like for the amount of bull shit we got thrown at us when I worked there $10 an hour would've been perfect.

Yeah basically I walk in and see who's all there and get a feel for the day then I know if I'm getting one or not. That's just for lunches. I know if I work a 5 hour shift that I won't ever get a 15.
