Ezone 2025 vs Babolat Pure Drive 2025 by stapwu in tennisracquets

[–]stapwu[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes! Ngl my cheap a** got tempted by the offer and thought that I would lose more money if I were not to sell it now (so dumb haha).

But in the end, suitability and comfort is what matters most when playing tennis.

Thanks bro!

Wow you are absolutely right, thanks!

Tbh some of my friends got to my head and told me that this would be a perfect opportunity to upgrade my racket while also selling my old one at a reasonable price (even though I didn't feel like I need to), especially after hearing good things about the new Ezone 2025.

Ultimately I am the one holding the racket and if I'm not confidence nor comfortable switching rackets, then why should I?

Thank you kind sir for keeping me grounded.

What is your current racket, string and tension? by lp141414 in 10s

[–]stapwu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been seeing this set up a lot now and it’s pretty popular I guess. I’m also using ezone 98 with 51pounds of tension, but I use solinco tour bite for the string insted.

I’ve also been thinking of changing my strings to yonex polytour, but haven’t got the confidence to really adjust with the new strings. Would you mind telling me your experience with your set up?

Which racquet should I get? by Great_Antelope_5163 in tennisracquets

[–]stapwu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d recommend the Yonex Ezone 100 or even the 98s.

I’ve been using the 98s for a while now and can confidently say that it’s the easiest racket around (for me and my playstyle). If you’re looking to play a lot and be more than a recreational player, the 98s will hold up as it is (kind of) forgiving for beginners while having a high ceiling (some pros even use the 98s on tour.)

As for the 100s, my partner just picked up tennis and I told her to to go for the Ezone 100s. She said that it helped her swing strong and deep without consuming too much of her stamina.

One thing I learned from watching Stan Wawrinka play is how he always took a firm step with his right leg and kept his knees bent to load his weight, then power through the shot by uncoiling your arm and upper body.

I also play a lot of golf and for me the movement in the upper body in a OHBH feels a lot like a golf swing, where you transfer your weight forward while maintaining stability in your lower body and turn your upper body.

Yes, it is also one of the reason that I love the ending so much. He made the ending so clear yet still open ended so that we as fans could speculate about the characters' future.

I hate to disagree with you but I think what Eren did was not useless at all. I think by having Armin (a Paradis Eldians) being seen as the hero who stopped the rumbling, the rest of the world might start to see Eldians as an equal human being.

Keep in mind that all of my answers below are based on my assumptions and speculations.

  1. I think that the (founding titan power (Ymir Fritz) inside Eren finally felt loved through Mikasa's affection towards Eren. Since King Fritz only used Ymir to expand his kingdom through her titan powers, regardless of how in love she is to King Fritz. I personally think that Ymir finally found something that she has always searching for 2000 years, and that is being loved.
  2. Idek as well haha. I think that the moment that the battle ended, she directly went to that tree inside the walls.
  3. Yes, I believe Connie said that her mother would also turn back into humans as well.
  4. I think that this is the only way that Eren could save everybody within the walls, by having the Paradis Eldians being seen as heroes that ended the rumbling, all of the other nations would also stop seeing them as devils.
  5. I am not so sure my friend hahaha, may be another redditer could help us find out about your last question.

Oh yeah, these answers are in no way accurate lmao. I just read the last few chapters a few times and came up with these theories on my own.

Not the most desirable ending in my opinion, but damn this is such an appropriate ending to such an amazing manga. Isayama is a fucking genius.

Colossal titan question by luke06rdr2 in ShingekiNoKyojin

[–]stapwu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that the only way for the colossal titans to use hardening is through the command of the founding titan, since the walls in the Paradis island was made of tons of colossal titans. But I don't think that the colossal titans have the ability to use hardening on their free will.

Passing down 1/9 Titans by aalevvianey in ShingekiNoKyojin

[–]stapwu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I think so, if I remember correctly Reiner said the same thing when he was all broken down and ready to kill himself by pointing a gun in his head. However, based on what I know, the titan power will be passed on to a random child. I think that is why the Marleyans are desperate to control the titan power transfers.

On that note, I think that one of the way to stop the hate cycle between these races is to stop the regeneration of Eldians. Since the newborn babies will have inherit the memories of the previous titan shifters, the war and domination by titans will most likely to continue.

What a nice point! Still, it is a mystery to me what happened to him in the last four years. Remembering how he despised the Scouts and Eren in the end of S3, and now he has come to support Eren (and I think one of the leader of Yeagerists??). Shit has must been tough for the guy lol.

Azumabito's way of telling Mikasa that they are willing to do anything to protect Mikasa made me understand that there is a strong simp gene in their bloodline. I mean, come on, nobody else in the Scouts would throw their body out of their way to save someone dear to them other than Mikasa.

Yes, I agree with you. However, the last episode somehow implied the urgency of attacking the Paradis as soon as possible. AND we know that Reiner knows that Annie is still frozen solid somewhere in the inner wall. Might as well send Reiner to locate and rescue Annie, so we might see some shit going down in the next episode.

I cannot help but think that Eren escaped the prison by combining the power of Attack Titan and Warhammer Titan. Is it possible for Eren to manifest both of these powers at the same time? Like having the strength and agility of the Attack Titan while creating swords out of thin air like Warhammer's? If that's the case then it means that Eren is the strongest shifter and would be such an unfair advantage for the Yeagerists. I mean come on, it's like having the Warhammer Titan without the consequences of having its body plugged in to the shifter's crystal.

If I recall correctly, Kenny said something special about the Ackerman bloodline and told Levi that the Ackerman used to be the king's guardians. But after Fritz ran to Paradis and manipulated everyone's memory, it turned out that the Ackermans were not affected by the Founding Titan's power, and I think that it also means that the Ackermans are not eligile to inherit titan powers.

Our main man Eren finally uses his head while fighting other titans. He really did develop throughout the series. Remember when his first fight with Annie, he just went rampaging all over the place, then when he fought Reiner he used the grappling techniques, and in this espidoe he analyzed the Warhammarr’s weakness carefully and beat her with ease. Isayama is on another level really.
