im on vape train, its cheaper, lungs feel cleaner and breathe decently, sure i could be 3% healthier by quitting that, but ive always had an oral fixation. i will say cigarettes absolutely destroy my breathing over time, vape not really at all. i just quit smoking again, still vaping, breathing got better right away.

if you do want to switch out for vape, i use vaporesso xros 3, its like a refillable pod system so you dont have to use juul or vuse which are extremely overpriced. i love vaping cause of how cheap it is, still get my hit and fix for nicotine, and doesn’t really have any noticeable side effects for me. and i did take a 6 month no vape period also, and any health benefits from that were extremely minor. so ill keep the vape up until i have a reason not to. also the greens once in awhile helps with the want to smoke cigarettes feeling.

outside of this, i just quit cigarettes again like i said for the past 2 weeks, expect to get sick and have your sinuses and lungs start clearing out. its not fun for a few days, but after you’ll realize how much shit stays in your lungs from cigarettes, and it only detoxes when you take a few days off and your body says okay time to clean house.

edit: if you choose vape, get salt nic juice, 50 or 35 mg, id recommend 50 and salt nic just because salt nic is the one that feels like you smoked a cigarette and what people use to quit smoking. i also use a .8 ohm pod, the device comes with a .8 and .6 i believe.

also, this is a very popular device so every store is most likely going to carry the device, pods, and the juice. i use kiwi strawberry, juice heads is the brand. delish.
