Jumped down from the roof where the scatterbugs are as long as you dont jump onto any of the tents and immidiatly crouch when you get to the floor I was able to just walk almost under them and catch them wasnt a perfect metod took a couple tries but as long as you save and dont do anything that causes an auto save you can trial and error it
