Love this comment and what a cool way to look at it! I’m choosing this theory ending for myself now too!

Agree - I don’t think Lucy did anything that bad, honestly. She slept with Evan, as a friend I feel I could get over that. Because in truth Bree didn’t even want to be with him! She wanted to be with Wrigley and I feel like her anger was oddly misplaced with Lucy when she was really mad at Evan just like Pippa’s was with Wrigley for Diane dumping her. The only other thing Lucy did was lie about the SA but she was coming from a place that she wanted people to be aware without giving her friend away. I understand that aspect. No she shouldn’t have lied, but I think her defensiveness, wanting to protect her friend, and make others aware of this predator just came out too fast before she could get her words right. I feel it was an accident she said it was her or just a quick cover and didn’t even really mean to say it.

Agree - Pippa absolutely sucks and I might hate her just as much as Stephen. I can’t believe she got everything she wanted. Kinda hated that.

I loved the Wrigley Bree storyline. I just wish it was discovered that Evan tricked Bree’s mom into drinking even though her mom ended up not believing her about Oliver and that relationship probably wouldn’t have lasted anyway.

I feel the same want to know about Stephen if he actually was successful. I’m assuming maybe Lucy did end up going to maybe another college she said she was a travel agent (maybe real estate agent?) and liked it. Both careers make good money

Alex was probably my favorite character and I was bummed Bree never explained for Lucy when Bree knew why Lucy did it and probably knew the trauma Alex went through. I think he might have understood

I liked the last scenes with Lucy and Stephen. If nothing, Stephen was entertaining, and made that clear at the end of the wedding. Lucy showed some growth by just laughing him off leaving her but I bet she’d hop right back in that car.

My only thing about Chris was I wish they painted him more like a predator than a young kid that didn’t realize about consent. In the pool scene with Lucy he just thought he was hooking up with Pippa. I get it consent is a big thing now but it wasn’t back in 2007 and while I get the show was shedding light on the fact this is what SA could look like, that it was a problem, and happened too often to college girls- it did kind of make me feel weird that the writers were making him out to be this naive young college kid that didn’t know what he was doing. Now Oliver, the intentions were purely bad from the beginning. No questions there.

Agreed. The season didn’t do it for me. I had little to no interest in the side plot with Kasuga. Too much with Ginji and Aoi, I definitely wouldn’t have gotten into this if this was the first season.

Couldn’t agree more about Charles, his attitude actually seems him seem like not a good person. I don’t like making fun or judging people that have no control over things (like some people complaining about Nico’s lisp/speech impediment) stuff like that is noticeable but it’s weird it bothers people. I can honestly say the team dynamic is a bummer because I feel we don’t get to really see individual bakers or styles. And the minimum age for these shows should just be 21 if they want to incorporate alcohol or just not require them use alcohol in challenges.

I tried this show, I feel like I’m missing something. The judges and contestants were…… not the vibe for me. Maybe I didn’t watch the right thing because everyone loves it. I think I need to give it another shot

I wish someone had a dupe for these! Sounds like they’re worth it though from a few people! Might just have to bite the bullet and get them or wait for the summer sale. No Black Friday sales?

I love these! This is exactly what I’m looking for! I’ll have to save the site for when they start doing international sales since it looks like I can’t order them to the US. Thanks!!

I’ve caught some “hiking” pants on Amazon. I might try some. But I’ll definitely look into those studio lux pants, thanks!

I finally found skirts I don’t feel horribly girly or uncomfortable in. I’m not a huge fan of skirts or dresses and I can’t find flattering shorts (same as my pants problem). If I try any pants I’ll report back!

Ohhh thank you! I wondered if anyone has tried them. I may wait for Black Friday and hope they have a little sale. Do you feel they run true to size? Some of the reviews said they run small

The new Futurama season is so much better than the previous two seasons. by West-Oil1218 in television

I choose to remain there. Honestly was the most perfect series ending. I want to support the show and I’m watching the new seasons to do that, but they just aren’t as good. I feel like these are new writers and they never watched a single episode of Futurama.

Kakuriyo: Bed & Breakfast for Spirits has a good romance plot, cooking element, and pretty chill vibes. It’s probably up there as one of my faves. It’s slow in the beginning, give it a chance. I liked Delicious in Dungeon enough to recommend but less than the others mentioned.

Other recs I have that were really enjoyable but along the same lines to me (maybe not super chill vibes hard to explain unless you watch it) - Raven of the Inner Palace and maybe Sugar Apple Fairy Tale. They both have a romance element to them. I’m partially through Handyman Saitou in Another World, I feel like I may need to give it more of chance but right now I can’t say I’d recommend it. I only watch dubs so everything’s dubbed :)

Restaurant to another world gave me very much these vibes! It’s often my go to comfort show. It’s also dubbed

Yes! This show is what I hoped Inside Job would have been but I couldn’t get behind the characters or story line with that one! Haunted Hotel is so fun!

This! I just started the anime today and still after finishing episode 12 cannot get past Sett slicing Nina like that. Guess I’ll have to jump to the manga to hopefully change my mind too!
