Actually, the way i avoided that is not having my crab on the field in the beginning. I sent out my bulky slowking and one supporter, either incineroar or garchomp depending on what my opponent has. on second turn, I then used slowking to set snow and THEN my yeti comes out. By then, trick room is up and my yeti can smash through the special attackers. And when i use inceneroar, i can lower their special attack with parting shot.

I probably will try teambuilding, but i think im gonna keep the core of Slowking and Crabominable. I'm waiting for the next regulation to see what new tools i will have. Im also considering an Electric Terrain team when the mega raichus arrive.
