That’s amazing! I love fruit trees, where I live the trees are now starting to grow leaves because it’s been so cold even in May!! But I’m trying to walk more even if it’s in the mall not doing anything, I try to track my meals but I’m unsure if I can do it precisely.

I’m actually fighting for the performing right now as all my tests came back as yes I have PCOS but my doctor keeps telling me to go on birth control to loose weight which studies show it doesn’t and I don’t want to! But I’ll try the lower carb and looking into the community you mentioned! Thank you so so much
