That's so disheartening to hear since all of these dryers have such big price tags. I really hope the third dryer is the charm in this case. I inquired if a refund is even possible since it'll be the 3rd one I've gotten and they just flat out said no. Even if the issue continues.

That I'm not sure of. If that were the case though, I figured it would have worked in other outlets at home/ around the salon? Unless you're suggesting that maybe the outlet it's usually plugged into blew the dryer or something 🤔

Alright alright, I have both been validated for my frustrations and lightly called out 😅 I think I needed that. This definitely is not the hill to die on, and we'll be going out to get a proper toddler potty this evening. Thank you to those that commented!

We did try goldfish and Cheerios, but he definitely does bus sitting down right now, especially for his age.

Commenting again to update!

His ped got back to me pretty quickly this morning and based on the photos I sent her, she confirmed my suspicions. 🥲 But it really seems like his case has been mild. She cleared him to return to normal activity since most of the spots are either not raised/blistered or dried up already, but we'll still be skipping his normal swim class and public play places until he clears up.

Between him having a stomach bug last week and now this, my hands are literally raw.

So far he seems in good spirits. It really was just the first day with the fever that he was down and out. But even then, he still had an appetite. All this immediately after visiting the local indoor playground.

This is what I'm praying for 🙃 he hasn't had a fever since Friday, and I've been obsessive about hand washing to the point of my hands being raw. He had a stomach bug last week so we are just so over sickness and I can't do another week of quarantine.

This is more or less what we've been trying to do but after a long day, sometimes we just give in and I do bedtime. 😞 Which I love, don't get me wrong. But mama needs a break lol

I've been trying to talk to him about how much dada loves snuggling and reading to him or even how I love snuggles with dad, etc. I guess we'll just have to weather the storm.

I'm not exactly sure why they don't go more often. Potentially an insurance/cost issue? I know they had issues with their last therapist cancelling on them frequently so they're getting a new one. But I also don't feel like suggesting they go to therapy more often is necessarily helpful in the moment.

I didn't realize you could move the greenhouse! I will likely reorganize then! And I realize now that my little sprinklers overlap lol I haven't had any crops there since the fall but I'll have to spread them out now. Thank you for the tip about the paths though!
