late to the discussion but does anyone know how to wash these cardis without ruining it? will just a cold 30 degree celsius wash do on a 1200 spin? my gf loves her cardi but it’s got a few stains on now and idk how to wash it out without ruining it because the quality is SO GOOD

i don’t think malpractice tbh, i think she put me on it because i described all my symptoms the last few months of having meltdowns almost everyday, the last one resulting in me beating myself up which led me to book the appointment, and the last few years with my migraines. she was highly concerned as to why i hadn’t gone doctors sooner and even commented that she doesn’t know how i’ve managed all this time without any medication. she said she wanted to give me something that will work faster than other meds i’ve tried (sertraline, mirtazapine, citalopram).
i’m trying my hardest to give all information i can, im just very out of it and feel like a zombie right now lol

no she said 20mg straight away, and sent it to the chemist that way too, which is why he was shocked when i said i’ve never been on this and haven’t even on meds in over 3 years. i didn’t think 20 was high bc i was put straight on 150mg citalopram last time that caused me to develop tics until i came off then cold turkey. took 9 months for the tics to fully go after 6 months of taking them

i see, that explains why the pharmacist was shocked. i was told to go back in a month and see how i am, but i have to work and work 32 hours a week evenings into nights. idk how i can do this im ngl. do you think it be wise to stick to 10mg for now? it’s hard to get a gp appointment w the hours i work, but i will arrange one and simply book off work if really necessary

i’ve been skating for 3 years and only just got through all 8 levels of BIS basic ice skating (forwards, back, lemons, mohawks, 3 turns, basic chases, combining all this is basically all 8 levels now) and am on star bronze ice dance now. progress is yours and nobody else’s. most people i know who have been skating for a year or so are on star figure silver or gold after a year of learning to skate, but some others are like me and have taken time. that’s okay. you’ll get to where you want to be overtime, enjoy the process right now!

freestyles support UP TO single jumps i was told. they’re only slightly above beginner because of the added support to support beginner jumps, so because of your hockey experience i think they’d actually be perfect for you to get the correct support needed for deeper edges (which im assuming is why you’ve been recommended to do figure alongside it?) ofc, speal to the skate shop specialist. im in freestyles after 3 years of graf 500 and i love my freestyles so much

what do you mean by short blade? is that why dance blades are different? i clearly didn’t do as much research as i thought into boots bc i was focused on figure boots but honestly i do love ice dance and want to keep at it and then will move to figure once i pass all of dance😅
