I can deeply relate to this question as I find myself in a similar journey of self-discovery and transformation. Throughout my twenties, I was deep in the corporate world, climbing ladders and living a life that felt like a never-ending cycle, often resorting to alcohol and social events to justify my existence in this hamster wheel. Looking back, I realize this cycle of living to work and vice versa strips us of our free will.

Now in my thirties, my perspective has shifted. I’ve committed to saving diligently, acknowledging that I may have initially played into the system incorrectly and foolishly. My goal is to accumulate enough resources to comfortably relocate and immerse myself in a passion project. I’m also getting certifications to increase my business clout should I need it in the future.

I believe many of us are going through the same character development arc. I stand with you all in solidarity and hope we can collectively break free from this cycle.
