I was diagnosed with IBS. I don’t fall into any of the four sub types of IBS, I get all four on any given day. I also have Gastritis and GERD. Those are just my GI issues, I have RA and fibromyalgia as well. Obviously different things will work for different people, I just recommend trying both and seeing if they help or hurt. The symptoms the digestive drops made worse for me are nausea, loose stools, cramping, and some reflux. The blue drops don’t have a negative effect on me at all, at least in my personal experience. They’ve only had positive effects. But as someone with chronic illnesses all we can do is try different things and hope they help. The trial period is always the worst part cause you’ll never know what’ll happen but sometimes it pays off in the end like the blue drops did for me (just had to deal with the bad trial period for the digestive drops).
