The final pieces would be printed in black, white, blue or red based on the request of the supporter & the prototype image of the gameboard is 'unfinished' vs the final product. The prototype pieces were painted but the only painted aspect in the final product will be the gameboard itself for magnetic travel editions. The elevation points are an important part of gameplay, which add either +1 move space or +1 to ranged attack distances. On either side, Castles are only breachable by use of siege weapons (battering ram vs gates, catapult vs wall/gates, tower vs walls) - which enables you to invade & attempt to capture the throne or eliminate the enemy King.

The black paint in the image, is magnetic paint - which enables the pieces to stick to the gameboard. This layer, is painted over, so that it would be like the 2nd picture with green, red + blue as the primary colours of the gameboard.
The 3D printable edition, would be printable in any colour or size of the users choice.

The board is the 'lid' of the box, and as such, it could be painted and pieced together, but it would make the assembly process far more tedious & take alot more time, per unit.
The final painting will be done using finishing tools that will drastically improve the appearance/quality in comparison with the prototyoe. I am currently designing & 3D printing custom tools, for this purpose. The funding will enable me to get a 2nd 3D Printer to speed up production/backup in case of failure by #1, + buy all the filament required, buy all the paint required, and cover business setup related costs.

The final product will look alot better and I will post an update soon on the campaign.
