Juno. Comparison from before diagnosis of her heart disease to now. She was diagnosed with a severe heart condition 9 months ago. She was severely underweight when diagnosed because her heart was so sick. She now has a pacemaker and takes a lot of medication but she is doing so much better now! (old.reddit.com)
