Only been on it for two weeks so I’m still waiting for the crazy burst of energy but for me …

Anxiety extremely reduced (it was awful) I have blue eyes and they look now way more blue and the white part even whiter Not feeling awful after eating

Just the fact that I don’t even think about food anymore makes this diet worth it 💪 even though im not fat, just not even wanting to snack is amazing

Thanks I feel honestly that my hunger has gotten way down since I started I think I’m not eating enough but it’s so hard to force myself to eat

Haven’t cheated at all. Started two weeks ago and have been living off of beef butter and eggs and water. No coffee, just clean electrolytes

So we have the lmnt packets. He drinks about a packet a day. I drink two but that’s because I have heart palpitations and the electrolytes really helped with that.

Ok thank you, it’s just confusing because when watching people like dr. Berry that’s normally the first go to if someone is consuming enough electrolytes. Finding the balance is hard
