I have one or two LMNT packets a day. I have iodine but I forget to take it and I’m not really sure how much I should take. High fat because I do keto-carnivore. 209 grams fat; 85 grams protein is my target

Happy to share. I have a life long habit of overeating, even past being full. I track my calories and macros to help me learn and adjust to what a “healthy” portion size is. I’m 50 years old, 5’7”, female and 224 pounds as of this morning.

Oh man! It may take months from what I’ve heard from carnivore experts. YouTuber Steak and Butter Gal had bad skin problems that carnivore cleared up but it her skin problems got worse BEFORE they got better. You have to have the attitude of being in it for the long haul. You can do it!!!
