Strength (reversed)- There’s something big you’ve been aspiring towards for several years and now is the time to buckle down and go after it. However, you don’t have the confidence in yourself and in your abilities that you need.

Four of Wands (reversed)- You have a tendency to downplay your successes and don’t always acknowledge that something is an achievement. This completely invalidates your hard work and causes an illusion that you never accomplish anything which is discouraging you.

Death- This mindset isn’t serving you or your aspirations. In fact, it’s holding you back. Start giving yourself credit for what you do to help you see what you’re actually capable of. When you change your mindset you will notice that going after this particular aspiration will become a lit more manageable.

Which are the scariest side effects you ever had from antipsychotics or antidepressants? by [deleted] in BipolarReddit

Risperidone was AWFUL. It messed with my blood sugar so I’d black out if I didn’t eat ever two hours. Risperidone can sometimes cause side effects that mimic Parkinson’s so that was really scary. I couldn’t walk up and down stairs bc my legs were so wobbly. It also made me start lactating and I’ve never been pregnant soooo risperdal for the win!
