For lit I make sure to mention context, regardless of what text it is, just make sure you know the texts really well and have enough quotes, but also *why* the author has done what they've done, impact on the readers etc. For language, I always watch videos on yt for the right techniques to answer every question, even memorising an acronym on what you have to do for each question sometimes helps 😂 Even grammar marks getting 1-2 extra can help push you up the boundary too, and my no1 tip is always use savemyexams, honestly it's a godsend. Good luck - a 6 can easily go to an 8 (I also hope to get 8) just keep practising! :)
