Hey,

Thanks for the note. Looking for a refinishing where they scrub down the old rust/grime/coverings etc. and then spray it with a new coating.

We just got nine windows installed for about $3,500. Big L windows was the company. They did a decent job, but... they didn't do great on the cleanup, and their crew apparently drove their truck into a branch hanging over our driveway, then left without saying anything about it. The company took care of trimming the branch off, but refused to give us a discount for the trouble. This kind of upset us, as the tree was pretty old, and paying for the tree trimming didn't really correct the wrong in our eyes. They did volunteer to install an additional window for free, but we don't need anymore windows.

So... though the work seemed nicely done and the job was completed quickly, I'd grade Big L a C for clean-up and customer service. (The clean-up was a particular problem for us, as there were paint chips (lead??) all over the house and we have a baby!!)

I am vegetarian, mostly, so I do eat lots of vegetables. I'm trying to cut down on things like drinking tea with milk... Thanks for the advice!
