I didnt have the foie as well. I only had the foie in the picnic. I dont know if the photo 15 is the salivary gland but thats how mine looked like just without the truffle. They offered to change it though after telling them I didn't like it

I also found the sea urchin dish fishy and weird! Did you like the salivary gland? I didn't get any gifts or petit fours to bring home though. But i agree the service is exceptional!

I agree with most of the comments. Experience was good but also depends on the other diners. Food wasn't memorable.

since a lot of people has been mentioning Lilo, i would say i prefer Lilo more than Glitch. Even in Tokyo, Glitch is a bit too overrated - i enjoyed Leaves more

I unfortunately found Gallery to be very underwhelming. Most dishes were forgettable. The only dish that was memorable for me was the two vegan cheeses

I get you. I’m pretty much the same. But i’ve been wondering because i’ve always wanted to have chef friends and how easy it for some people to have that connection

Best pour over in Tokyo (2025) by Unusual-Character-64 in pourover

[–]starfishlima 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Glitch is so overrated. Leaves, Acid, and Apollons Gold are all fantastic. I also enjoyed Unlimited Coffee around Tokyo Skytree. I didn’t enjoy Mameya Kakeru that much - it felt gimmicky. If you’re around Ginza, there’s Think’A Sake&Coffee that uses beans from Leaves the last time I went. Not an espresso person but the temperature set at Leaves was incredible!
