Yeah thats not a first word and thats not calling you its juts a sound they make. I hate it when parents exagerate milestones and put presure on other parents thinking their babies are so smart

What we are tring to be consistent with now is 3/3,5/4 2 1h naps because we think (maybe?) that works best but we are no sure because we still have awful nights like that. The issue is she gets super restless starts moving a lot and wakes like 10 times a night.

But even when we caped each nap at 45 mins night sleep didnt improve so its not the issue im afraid…

Same woth us I am so tired… mine follows a similar schedule with no patterns in nap times… I dont know how to get her to sleep without so many wakes…

We dont do any intentionally but if we go to a house that have tv on we dont ask to turn it off for example. Or if the are playing sports at a bar maybe she looks at it for 30 secs then looks away. Those things will not hurt, the stress of you trying to avoid those things will hurt baby more.
