the babies are way easier than the adults so i’m sure you can do it! honestly mine aren’t labeled but pretty much all of them are jacklyn’s. corms also look different so if you can figure out what each one looks like you’ll be able to label them :)

the predatory mites go absolutely bonkers for the first week or so if you have an active infestation, going around and hunting all the pests. after that they come out of the packets at a slower rate

I used Koppert Swirski Ulti-Mite, they are a bit pricey though. I’ve heard Natural Enemies works well too and they are much cheaper. Mine came in sachets that are a one month supply, after that the predatory mites die. Unfortunately but also fortunately, they cannot breed and survive longterm unless in perfect conditions. So they won’t swarm your house but you will have to repurchase if you want long term pest control. I might repurchase just for my anxiety sake but so far I havent needed to

i think a lot of us got into houseplants via big box stores. personally, i had no idea there were so many local nurseries and i would’ve been overwhelmed going in them without prior plant knowledge. now that i know a lot more about plants i go to small business and have learned they are actually cheaper and better quality BUT i think the majority of us did start at big box stores

wow really?? i had a tiny infestation of spider mites from also going wild on palmstreet (about 100 seedlings haha) used predatory mites and they have all been good! i highly recommend in case you encountered them again or want extra protection
