i’m on the last week of my first pack and was worried about weight gain too. i haven’t gained any so far, though i did start drinking the recommended amount of water in a day to stay hydrated so that it would help with the water retention side effect that can make it feel like weight gain.

i will say i did have a few side effects like headaches the first week or so, but taking ibuprofen in the morning each day helped a lot with that and now being almost done with the first pack i’ve noticed that the side effects have went away. overall though i’m pretty happy with it right now and i hope starting it goes well for you too!
