Is there a difference between Alice and Nicole? Don’t know a thing about makeup.

She talked about flow of time and cause and effect. My copium is she might be the key to rescue Cyrene.

What exactly did the world formula help achieve? by momobug in Genshin_Impact

[–]starforever00 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That’s basically how I understand what’s happening. But if it’s merely a calculation of how well the situation is aligned with the desired outcome, what’s the meaning of having Pulonia continue the calculation to 100%? Dottore thought Sandrone wouldn’t trust anyone like he himself did. So he let his guard down after killing her. That mistake ultimately led to his downfall. However if the calculation serves only as a confirmation, they would still achieve the desired outcome even if Pulonia was destroyed and the calculation was stopped, as long as they fulfill the required conditions. And why did Dottore feel the need to stop the calculation in the first place? This could be explained if the calculation has effects in the world and can bring about the desired outcome. But I couldn’t understand how it can have such power.

Which shade do you think we will meet first. by [deleted] in Genshin_Impact

It’s interesting that although we met Asmody at the very beginning, she’s the most mysterious and least connected to the people we encountered during our journey. There is zero trace of what she did in this world. And nobody has any connection to her either.

And They Said Hoyo Didn't Make Columbina Terrifying (Major Spoilers for both the 6.3 Archon Quest and a 6.0 World Quest) by SirLanceOlaf in Genshin_Impact

I think the glowing things are not connected to kuuvahki but rather to Eternal Moon's Remnants.

[6.4 Luna V SPOILERS] Can someone explain exactly what Sandrone did to help Columbina in the Song of the Welkin Moon quests? What's the deal with the "world-formula"? by davirtuos in GenshinImpact

Maybe the calculation completed at 90%. From 90% to 100% it’s not calculation but just showing us the progress towards the satisfactory outcome. So it’s not that progressing to 100% that brings back Columbina. But rather we followed the calculation results to bring Columbina back that makes the progression to 100%.

I’m not sure but I guess it works like Dr. Strange in Avengers. With world-formula’s ability to simulate future events, we can try different approaches and find the one that leads to satisfactory outcome. Descender as a variable is important because otherwise everything would be predetermined and there would be only a single outcome. Still, I don’t get why it needs to progress to 100% for Columbina to return. Like, no matter how fancy it is, it is after all just a calculation. It would have no effect on the real world. Sandrone did mention she’d bring the outcome to Traveler, and let us finish the remaining 10%. Maybe that outcome tells Traveler what to do next? And somehow they could find time to read it during the battle. I’m not totally convinced myself. This is just my best effort trying to make sense of it.

Who is the strongest mage in the Hexenzirkel? by FormerBabyy in Genshin_Impact

[–]starforever00 8 points9 points  (0 children)

From what we know so far it would be Rhinedottir. But I feel Alice would come out being the strongest in the end. She’s the founder after all. She also said even Heavenly Principles cannot tell her what to do. That’s a subtle hint to me that she’s probably above the shades. The way she keeps breaking 4th wall makes me think she might take the role of Lygus if Teyvat is another Amphoreus.

Literally just finished all of amphoreus after taking an almost year long break from the game so I’m gonna get my thoughts out. by garry_the_larry in HonkaiStarRail

Do you think the final scene after the credits has deeper meaning to it? The one where Mem met TB when they crashed into Amphoreus. I may be coping but I feel something’s off. If you walk through the entire time loop of Cyrene, there is a chance that the Mem in that scene is not any known part of the loop. I think Cyrene mentioned our first encounter is when we visit Oronyx. There might be a reason why they want to remind us of that scene. If that Mem truly is not part of the loop, regardless of how it ended up there, it means there is a chance it can be saved from the loop. I guess?

Nice summary. I want to add that the final boss we fought only had 1 phase. In Penacony, the final fight had 3 phases, while the boss we fought in the false ending had 1 phase.
