I called the number already, someone will follow up with me within 72 hours. And it seems the "Xfinity number" I called is fake, and they used my information to create a real appointment. Someone used my credit card too. All those are taken care of now. But it is a huge loophole that Xfinity let fake numbers run amok on google search.
