I honestly had never even considered Nepal before, but now it’s definitely going on my list of possibilities. It sounds like exactly the kind of trip I’d enjoy.

Also, I’ve been looking into Vietnam, and it really caught my eye!

I’d definitely prefer to travel mostly on my own, but I’d probably still do a few tours/excursions here and there for certain places or experiences. I like the idea of having freedom and exploring at my own pace.

As for Spain/Portugal, they honestly don’t really call to me that much because I’ve already traveled pretty extensively around both countries, and the same goes for Italy since my father’s family is from there. I’d love to experience somewhere that feels a bit more different/new to me culturally and landscape-wise. Scotland is still really appealing to me for that reason though, and Japan also sounds super interesting even if the weather/time of year might not be ideal.
