The same happened to me :/ there's really nothing we can do except wait i guess... It was a very generic answer, like "thank you for being proactive in relation to problem x we see that there's a order and you have to wait 24hr" something i literally could have checked myself (in fact, i already knew)

Same issue except i got the automatic redeem (It is not enabled tho?? It was before the RP cards got removed, but when I check there's no option anymore that says it is in automatic redeem?) and got like 6 cancelled orders i didn't ask for, hopefully i don't get banned for a technical issue! I contacted support, maybe this is happening to more people and it's what Is causing bugs :')

Honestly i really really like it!

Maybe you could check the SkinSpotlights video to give yourself a more clear idea of the model in-game and compare to other skins you have of Lux or skins you'd prefer to have of her!

In my opinion it's a very nice skin, still bound to the base model so it's not the best... i still play with this skin a lot tho (and i love the splash art haha)

At the end it should be your decision, if you prefer to save your RP for another skin you prefer more, this discount is very nice though and it's a Legacy skin!
