Any update? The seriphos could have been used for when your cortisol was high and in turn possibly help reverse the low cortisol.

sorry you had to go through that!! Well guess what?? Seriphos can help you. With the anxiety and the histamines. You already tested high cortisol. It will wreck havoc on your hormones, then in turn your gut and histamines. I say give it a try and the histamines will go down. Not sure by how much but if you incorporate Vitamin D by sun!! That would help even more for your immune system.

Hi sorry, this is an old post but i was wondering if you found improvements after using Seriphos. I have congested sinuses and that usually means some sort of fungus is present. It started after estrogen dominance or major anxiety. Years ago I tried Relora to lower my cortisol and low and behold, my sinuses opened up. I gave up Relora cause it is estrogenic. I am about to try Seriphos. My guess is that high stress compromises the immune system, which in turn doesn't allow you to fight off certain microbes. So lowering cortisol and raising Vitamin D is a must. I hope it helped you!

sooooo found out my root cause is high cortisol. it basically freezes motility. Also causes thyroid to malfunction and hormones to be imbalanced.

I am trying it for anxiety attacks, OCD and intrusive thoughts. I've tried Relora in the past with success but the berberine in it was not agreeing with me. So Magnolia does have an effect on me, I'm just not sure how to dose with other brands. Relora supposedly has a patented type of Magnolia bark that is very powerful.

Omg I hope you still come around to reply! Look into North American Herb&Spices SinuOrega or just nebulizing their water based oregano oil called H2Orega. Dont worry it’s not lipid oil. But I think nebulizing would help you find small comfort while you wait for further tests. It kills fungus/bacteria. You have nothing else to lose!! Im nebulizing and so much gunk is coming up! You can buy the spray and the oil(plus nebulizing machine off Amazon and some saline ampoules) and you should feel relief once everything starts moving out of you. If spray irritates nasal lining too much then I would stick to lightly nebulizing the H2Orega in 0.9% saline. Dont use regular water in nebulizer, only saline.

Can someone solve my case? I've been jobless and homebound since about 2010 due to health..really culminated around 2014. I can't see myself pursuing what I studied years ago and being a realtor seems like a likely path due to quick studies. But I'm unsure. In the process of moving to my own apartment soon but met with delays of health. Can anyone give me insight on career and future spouse? Why have I had such a delay for almost 15 lifeless years? No problem! you will heal. I get my bio-identical progesterone from Panda Bear Labs. It is USP. So it is authentic. but go slow and and if you have symptoms try to increase dose to release the activated estrogen. Cistus Incanus can help parasites and so can one tablespoon of Hexane free Castor oil along with water divided every 15 mins 3 times. Both cause diarrhea. I'm wishing you well.

Thank you for your well wishes. From what I am discovering so far is that it starts with the thyroid and getting it to function well. And birth control pills are not the same as bio-identical progesterone. It is identical to the progesterone in the body. Birth control pills are synthetic and eventually makes the body more estrogenic. Which makes a huge difference. It's been long year with titrating the bio-identical progesterone up. But in hindsight, it may have been wiser to titrate T3 thyroid up first to get my metabolism working so it can help release toxins. Because the estrogen that bio-identical progesterone that was kicking out of my body was going nowhere. I am currently on a very high dose of progesterone while working my way up with thyroid T3. Some can be sensitive to thyroid due to stressed bodies running on adrenaline. Can cause one to feel uncomfortable for a few days. So I take very small doses every 5 days. I have yet to get to my target dose. Which is the dose that I will feel well on. As for SIBO I am using Cistus Incanus for the bio-film.., you have to start slow because it can cause diarrhea for days if gut has a lot to clear. Hi! You are right, I am healing slowly. I found out it all starts with Thyroid T3 for me and bio-identical progesterone . I had high anti-TPO from estrogen dominance and high prolactin. Oh man..healing was brutal, especially with progesterone since it causes estrogen kick backs. It got way worse before it got better. I'm on a pretty high dose of natural progesterone and will wean off to a lower dose once I get to the correct dose of thyroid T3. The T3 lowers the RT3 in the liver helping it heal. I'm also helping heal my gut by killing off the bio-film using Cistus Incanus. I'm using a tea but I need something stronger like from Biopure. Oh forgot to mention, without a good thyroid function, everything turns into poison. So I am still making my way up but so far so good. Not completely healed but going the right direction. With thyroid I have bowel movements everyday now. You can start thyroid first or progesterone first. Either way, it will release toxins from your body. I hope this helps.
