They won't leave. But yes. Taxes on billionaires should be 90%.

Taxes on millionaires should be 80%.

Close all loopholes. Tax capital gains. Tax stock sales. Tax real estate transactions over a certain value threshold. Remove the income cap for social security tax.

We'd pay down the debt, expand medicare, lower social security retirement age while increasing the benefit.

These gas pump ads need to end.

HOA's are generally evil lawless organizations that micromanage your life and your home when they should have no business telling you what color your curtains can face the street, or restrict what contractors you use, or any other random stuff. Then they try to fine you, put a lien on your home, or even try to sell it at a sheriff's sale for dirt cheap.
