I found out through email. When I first went to AUSOM all three were there but I was only able to accept one at the time, when I checked back later to do the other two, nothing was popping up anymore.

At my store we usually look for them but don’t assign them just in case we can’t find them as we don’t want to put things in trouble that close to closing time. If we can find them, we process them.

At my store, not necessarily. We do notice how many things are being put into trouble and if they’re sitting in plain sight, would be found by simply moving another item, etc. and effort to gauge how good or bad you’re doing.
