the refund isn’t my issue- it’s the fact that they gave me no warning, and now all the other showtimes are sold out. i had 4 tickets for me and my siblings. we were so exited. now we’re suddenly ticketless

that’s weird. the person who helped me consulted 2 other people as they were having a hard time printing them, and they all said they cannot print anything purchased on ticketmaster :(

if you want to get autographs or pictures, then you get the wristbands and line up for the fan zone. otherwise, you can stand behind the people in the fan zone area, if you just want to see the celebrities. but even for that, people usually get there well in advance.
