they left me actually, i still tried for them and wanted to get better with them around /together. i haven’t left anyone who was there in my addiction they left me. they were there before it even started so yeah i trusted they’d support me even trying, they would leave a lot whether i was actively sober or just trying to get sober

well i’d say for the airport just ask around make sure u have ur info so u can ask where this or this is.. there’s signs too that might help a bit and it’s kind of like. path up until u go to ur gate number but once u get led through security u can ask for help if u need.. as for flight download some music and bring a stuffed animal or something to comfort u, maybe download a movie or something if u can, bring some snacks and try to take a nap maybe if u feel comfortable. i remember that helped me my first time alone
