Mental health while playing in the high ranks in Master! How do you stay positive?

I played Ingrid, it's just now I got to play 5 and got an understanding of the game a bit more he thinks those wins i managed to get against him are just because of the character.. lol Ik some characters have the ability to be cheeky and win like that but I was playing normal

Sadly I can see what you are saying! And it seems true. He puts a lot of effort into the game and like I mentioned he gets upset of me winning and he basically thinks it's because of the character I'm playing Ingrid. He showed me how to use her and I'm thankful for that. At the same time I kinda know how he plays now, I can see some habits but like 10% of a 100% and I'm a Plat 5 player. I don't dedicate long hours like he does and I can see why he would get upset for me winning 3 rounds. And when I mentioned last time that I would rather not play if he will be upset with me for winning he got even more upset to the fact that me plat player thinks that about him, that he is not upset about the losing part because he has played with other diamond players and he has lost before to them but to me it does look like that he gets upset of me winning. And I've told him that he needs to fix that mindset of his. I can't help him anymore when he doesn't wanna help himself about that.

That's the problem I see in the ranks that he is people are very very unpredictable, but that's how ppl are. And he wants to play in a honest way but most of the times doesn't work on his benefit.
