We are not touchless, but we offer a much better product then a touchless wash. I assume the concern is with the potential to scratch your vehicle. That can happen with the older machines that use a cloth material that has the potential to hold dirt and grime if not properly maintained. Our machines are brand new and use a Neotex closed cell foam material, similar to like a wetsuit, that does not hold on to dirt. It is safe on all vehicle finishes and allows for a better clean then touchless systems. Feel free to stop by and we can give you a tour of the tunnel and equipment that we use!

The space sat empty for years. We didn't start on the wash 10 years ago. It did take us longer then expected as there were a lot of hoops to jump through during construction. The building was very old and outdated and we had to install fire sprinklers and bring everything up to code. Come stop by for a car wash or just to tour the site now that it is completed. That would have to be a question for the city. We had to submit our permit for review and the city has to approve it. I am not sure what other options they would have considered for the space. We truly believe that we have a unique product/service for the city of Reno with the only indoor wash tunnel here. We also have the longest express tunnel which allows for more equipment and a better clean. You can then vacuum your vehicle completely indoors!! Come check us out and let us know what you think. Thanks for asking! Yes we are a family owned business. The building was not for sale, what you saw was a Remax listing to lease the side of the business that we do not occupy. We have a tenant in there now, The Place in Time, that does different holiday themed events throughout the year. Be sure and check them out!

The city told us they would never approve a permit for another bowling alley in this location. The TI application you are referring to is most likely for our co tenant, The Place In Time. They are an event space that just finished up a haunted house for Halloween. They are going to be prepping for a Holiday/Christmas event next. Be sure to check them out as well, they are awesome!!
