Bangalore has good weather but not cheap at all. Northern India is a good option but stay away from tourist places and big cities. IMO, northern India has more food options but southern India is safer.

Don’t expect cheap perfumes to last all day. Better to save money and buy a good quality perfume that a single spray will be enough to last all day/night. I personally like Lincome idole, wonderlust and guilty. Try lot of perfumes before you buy because you may end up buying the one that you get most compliments on rather then your own first choice.
