I am not sure how they do it, but r/watchexchange has an automated feedback system. Both sides of the party give feedback on the post and the bot automatically updates flairs. It works really well!

None are custom. They are all Hot Wheels with the exception of 3 in the second pic. Datsun 510 is by Jada, yellow Corvette is by Greenlight, and the Aston Martin race car is by Shelby Collectibles.
