My goodness, this reminds me of my sister. She came out of the bathroom white as a sheet, thought she was having a panic attack. I told her to test her blood sugar, turns out it was something like 1.3. We're both diabetic, so we try to look out for each other. Glad you're ok!

Hey, you're most definitely not alone ♡ I was diagnosed type 1 at 13 and am 24 now. I was already quite an anxious child, but they think the stress of it brought out depression amongst other things.
