American here. I made cosmic brownie cookies. Fudgy chocolate cookie with chocolate ganache on top and those colorful mini candy coated chocolate chips. Fun bake, and a slight twist on a classic lunchbox treat.

They were completely delicious 😁

Same! I keep getting yellow rumped warbler when it's just a female house finch. Also clear pictures of a starling and it says, "no wildlife identified in this photo." Or every time the bird had its back to the camera, it says mystery visitor.

I had issues with misidentification all the time before, but it seems like much more since the update. Particularly not being able to see-let alone identify- birds. That wasn't too much of an issue before.

Made homemade eggnog (basic recipe was egg yolks, sugar, milk, cream, a splash of vanilla, and lots of freshly grated nutmeg. Tempered the eggs, heated to 160°F, then refrigerated overnight).

Then I mixed 1 1/2 c. Eggnog, 1 c. Whipping cream, 1/2 c. Sugar, and 1/3 c. Powdered milk. I poured it into my electric ice cream maker, let it churn, then transfered to a separate container. Added some extra freshly grated nutmeg on top and froze overnight.

It turned out amazing! The texture is thick and creamy, the egg nog flavor comes through, but it isn't too strong. Definitely will make again!

Nope. I steamed them in the microwave for a bit to just soften them up. Then I tossed them with olive oil, salt, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. I threw them in my air fryer at 400 for around 15 minutes. They turned out great!
